No basic changes: For goggles to be water tight, they must fit well around the eyes. This does produce some temporary grooving and temporary changes to the skin. All of this is reversible and no long term changes will result. I do advise my patients who use goggles to apply a light wisp of skin cream on the skin where the out compression parts of the goggles will sit and this helps a little.
