I get dizzy like everything spins for a second then it stops and doesn't happen for atleast 1 day or more i feel shaky after what causes this?

Bppv (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo); perilymph fistula (an opening between the inner and middle ears). The fact that the vertigo (spinning) lasts for only a few seconds most likely points to an inner ear problem and can be treated.
