Likely yes: Symptoms that you are describing may be related to the tourniquet which is commonly used during the surgery. Depending on how long your procedure, diminished sensation and numbness, thigh pain, and spasms are not uncommon the first week or two after knee surgery. With an allograft, typically your recovery is faster than with an autograft, since you avoided donor site morbidity.

Check with ortho: The spasm in the hamstrings and quads is not unusual. It should clear. The loss of touch could be secondary to a pressure neuropathy that occurred secondary to your positioning during surgery. Usually these clear with time but occasionally they do not. Check with your surgeon.
