Periovulatory: Midcycle pain with light bleeding may just be from ovulation. If so, it would only last a day or two. If it persists beyond that amount of time or you are late for your next period, then a pregnancy test and pelvic ultrasound should be ordered.For more info www.Askyourgynecologist.Org.
