Sure: It is always a good idea to get a good exam, even a well check. Prenatal vitamins can be discussed as well as folic acid for you to start, even before you are pregnant, to assure you are taking them in the first trimester, not to mention the good physical exam you will get. Good luck.

Yes: It is always a good idea to see your ob/gyn pre-conception. S/he can discuss with you health issues, make sure your immunizations are up to date, and help you to determine when you are ovulating to time intercourse for conception.
