GYN monitoring: You will need ultrasund monitoring of the ovarian cyst. Your symtoms are also consistent with a urinary tract infect. I suggest calling your gyn for an appointment, ultrasound, urine analysis and urine culture-asap!

Frequent urination: Some of the symptoms you describe can also be attributed to kidney (ureteral) stones, bladder infections, ovarian torsions, appendicitis to name a few. I would call your doctor for an immediate evaluation to make sure it is nothing more serious.

ER: I recommend that you be examined as soon as possible because of the severe pain and urinary symptoms. If your physician or gynecologist can't see you today, go to the emergency room for diagnosis and treatment.
