Shouldn't: It should be in the form of a capsule, which shouldn't taste any different than taking any other capsule.

It can: Several commercial dessicated thyroid meds such as armour, nature-throid, and westthyroid, come in pill form. I have patients who hate the taste and others who have no problem chewing them before they swallow them. For capsules, you will probably have to get them from a compounding pharmacy.
