Ok to take: White flower oil as an analgesic typically is a mix of camphor, mint and lavender. These herbal ingredients are safe in pregnancy. Check with your OB regarding the abdominal pain however.

White flower oil: White flower embrocation contains eucalyptus oil, lavender oil, wintergreen oil & menthol. In general, I tend to recommend against using substances which are not required during pregnancy. While some say it is fine, I would recommend against use of this essential oil while pregnant.
