Constipation: In general, small round stool is regarded as constipation even if every day. The stools require your straining. Straining is not causing the stools, but is not good in the long run. The body coats the stool with mucus to help it move. Eat much more fiber foods and fewer food that are low in fiber. Stool softener may also help.
