Need more info: How long has it been going on? Started slowly or came on suddenly? Where is tingling (whole arm or just certain spots)? Weak, meaning arms feel tired and heavy or actual loss of strength? Could be many things causing symptoms...Carpal tunnel syndrome, pinched nerve in neck, inflammation in muscles. Recommend seeing your pcp to start the evaluation. You'll probably need a nerve conduction test.
