Night orgasms normal: Nocturnal orgasms are normal in both male and females. Clearly before menses there are hormonal fluctuations. Whether they cause nocturnal orgasms is unknown but makes sense they might contribute. In males especially multiple night erections are common and normal and female patients can have similar episodes. Again this is normal and some consider this the bodies way of making sure it's normal.
