Yes, it is possible: I often have nursing mothers treat their nipple areas with Nystatin or lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream as their infants are treated with the oral solution for thrush. It would be a good idea to have your doctor take a look and see it you need treatment.

Possibly: Yeast skin infections do occur in warm, moist areas like armpits, groins and under the breasts. These infections do appear reddened and often itch. Nystatin cream is usually effective. If you have any doubts, see your physician.
