Acne: Cleansing twice a day with a 2% salicylic acid cleanser, there are a number of otc products. You can also use topical benzoyl peroxide 5% or less daily, also available otc.
If it is not clearing up in a couple weeks, contact you local doctor.

Exfoliate: This is caused by hormone surges. Birth control pills can help but exfoliation one week before period helps, topical anti-biotic pads are great and benzyl peroxide works too.

Time, antibiotics: These things generally resolve by themselves with time. They hurt and itch but don't scratch or try to squeeze it. You might try some warm, moist compresses to encourage it to come to a head sooner. Antibiotic ointments (otc) can help. Don't play with it-can spread infection (potentially a very big deal, given the anatomy).

Time: Postinflammatory hyperpigmentation goes away in a couple of months. If you are hard-core you can experiment with over-the-counter hydroxyquinone creams. Most people would probably say this is not worth the trouble and nuisance, but it's your decision.

Cortisone cream: Although pimples are often the result of bacteria, the redness and inflammation can be taken care of in a beauty emergency by using a steroid cream, like hydrocortisone. I have injected a steroid into the area around a large pimple, with great success, for a patient on the way to an important event. See your doctor, and never pick at pimples. Wash antibacterial soap.
