Yes, there is a risk of twins using clomid (clomiphene), however, Clomid (clomiphene) should not be used solely to cause a twin pregnancy. There are risks to twin pregnancies, both to mother and babies, and therefore the use of Clomid (clomiphene) to induce twins is inappropriate.
