GI flu: Most commonly this is the flu you probably need to get looked at if you feet nauseated and dizzy. You might need fluids, medication, pottasium. (blood tests needed).

Sounds like the flu: Your signs and symptoms sound like the flu. When did you have abortion? If just recently, call dr or clinic right away. If not, then stay hydrated and eat lightly until symptoms go away. See dr if symptoms persist.

Hi, Please assist I've been having random dizzy spells, headaches and stomach aches/diarrhea what could it be?
