Yes: A raw fruit and a protein such as nuts will help stablize blood sugar. A banana and an ounce of nuts or an apple and a ounce of nuts are a great snack. For a meal, consider two eggs, with a fresh fruit. Stay away from processed foods. Complex carbohydrates in the form of raw fruits with a protein is good. You can add in fresh vegetables to feel more full.

Please define: Hi. Please define "low blood su. If you're not taking diabetes drugs, true pathological hypoglycemia is vanishingly rare. Did you become confused, lose consciousness, have a seizure, a coma? If not, there is a popular self-diagnosis of "hypoglycemia" that isn't real. I'd bet dollars to dimes you don't have "low blood sugar" unless you take insulin. So have at the raw food diet! Good luck!
