Need Exam: Honestly, i think it's impossible to tell you what you have going on down there without actually seeing it, performing an exam, and taking more history. If it's actually inside the vagina one possibility could be a prolapsed uterus or bladder, but again, i could not tell for sure without seeing and examining it. Is it painful, are you still having periods? These are questions for your doctor asap.
