How long does it usually take to get pregnant after stopping birth control?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pregnancy: It depends on the birth control method used. For pills, patch, nuvaring, or iud, your cycles should resume within a month. For depoprovera or implanon, it may take 6-12 months for your cycles to become normal. Once your cycles are normal, most couples will conceive within 6-9 months. You can conceive on the first month!
