Probably not: It's unlikely that you are pregnant and have negative tests. It's possible that some other hormone is causing these symptoms. I would ask your gyn doc to do blood tests for: thyroid functions and prolactin. You might as well get a blood HCG (pregnancy) test while you're there, to be 100% sure. If all that is normal, then consider a pelvic ultrasound to check for an ovarian cyst.
