Maybe: Besides tasting great, pomegranate juice contains polyphenols with high antioxidant activity. Researchers have been interested in using it to treat problems such as prostate cancer and heart disease. Pomegranate seeds have estrone and other estrogenic substances that could help to thicken the lining of the uterus but there is insufficient research to know if it will help with implantation.
