Many causes: Certain foods can trigger this. These include spicy food as well as alcohol. There is an ingredient in beer, especially german beer, which causes perianal itching/burning. Rarely, perianal itching/ burning can be due to infection i.E pinworm. Finally, hemorrhoids frequently cause burning and itching during and after defecation. If you see any blood in the stool, contact your doctor immediately.
