i don't have cough but iv had sticky white mucus for 2 years now. had sinus scan, nothing wrong. need help, can't live like this anymore.

Throat mucus: Are you in an excessively dry environment from air conditioning or dry heat at home, in work or in school.? You may also be allergic to something in your environment like dust collecting articles.. To thin out the mucus, drink at least 2 quarts of noncaffeinated liquids daily. Irrigate your nasal passages with salt water and, if needed, take some Guaifenesin which liquifies mucus.
