I took my bc pill at 7pm but i threw up around 2am, what do i do if this counts as a missed pill?

Probably ok: If it was 7 hours later, your intestines most likely absorbed the pill. Also what kind of pill was it? (combined pill with estrogen ; progesterone, or the progestin only?) if you're worried you can always use backup (condoms) for a week. Also, where are you in the cycle? (that is, which pill did you miss? -- first second or third week?).
