No worries!: I am also fair skinned and i hardly had a linea nigra at all as well throughout my entire pregnancy. Typically this is caused by the elevation of hormones in your system, but not having one does not mean anything is wrong. My belly button never "popped" either! just put your feet up for the next two weeks and relax before your sleepless nights return. I say don't worry about it! good luck!
