Yes: Since you have not had a period in 10 weeks, i would advise a pregnancy test to make sure you were not already pregnant when you had unprotected sex. If you periods are irregular (not occurring on schedule each month), you could be ovulating at any time, depending on how long of a menstrual cycle your body is on. This puts you at risk for getting pregnant if you don't know when you're ovulating.
