Probably from POTS: Your symptoms prob are all related to pots. I suspect it might be due to a drop in your blood pressure, caused by eating, when blood leaves your vessels to go to your stomach to help you digest your food. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water to maintain your circulating volume. Try eating smaller meals so it's easier on your system to digest. The good thing is that pots usu resolves.
