Is there any way to track my ovulation days when i'm on depo-provera provera (medroxyprogesterone)? the bleeding is so irregular that i can't be sure what days i would or not!

Not really: It is very common to have irregular bleeding while on depo. Many women wear a thin pad as long as they are using Depo-Provera for their contraception. You should have protected sex (with a condom) for the first 30 days after the injection, but then you would only need to use protection if you had concerns about stds. The nurse and you keep track of your injection days and that is how you schedule.
