Not likely : I don't think anything will cause you trouble within 6 hours of unprotected sex outside of bed bugs, scabies or other insects from the environment you shared with her. Sexually transmitted diseases (std's) do not occur that quickly. I do have concerns you have unprotected sex and please use a condom to protect yourself and your partners. Get a test for std's now as you have had unprotected sex.
