May be just...: Do you mean feeling gas bubbles in the lower abdomen right above pubis? Is it related with pain? Are you passing gas with pain relief if any? Do you have local pain and fever? If no fever ; no sharp pain, and just passing gas with pain relief, it may be just indigestion-related gas forming or irritable bowel activities. If feverish, persisting, and painful, see doc timely.
