Anemia: She has an abnormality in her female reproductive organ be it hormonal or in the tract itself but the most important issue is to get her seen by a doctor immediately as she would need to have blood work done to correct the abnormalities caused by the bleeding and the vomiting and then see obgyn doctor for the cause of the bleeding. Would be prudent to do a pregnancy test as part of this work up.
