Test tube pregnancy: You can have the tubal ligation surgically reversed. That involves a risk of around 50% for a tubal pregnancy. Or you can have your eggs fertilized with your husband's sperm in a test tube. The costs for that are in all likelihood lower than for the surgery and the risk for tubal pregnancy is extremely low.
