It can be: Blood pressure medications can cause fainting due lowering your blood pressure too much. In addition, fainting or syncope may reflect several other potentially dangerous conditions such as cardiac arrythmias. I recommend you have this symptom evaluted by a physician as soon as possible.

Hi on BP medication using Verahexal 240, high BP, problem once taken in morning BP drop down to 101/69/67 is that normal, used previous Coversyl Plus and Calcicard 240mg together, worked perfectly, please give advice?
