A member asked:

Is exercise liquids and a healthy diet the only way to help pots/dystautonomia/autonomic dysfunction? or are there other things i can do?

It Depends: Dysautonomia and pots disease can encompass many different symptoms. If you have an underlying problem such as diabetes that is contributing to your symptoms then treat that. The lifestyle changes you mentioned above are usually first line treatment. Sometimes there are medications that can help symptoms such as fast heart rate and low blood pressure. Speak with your doctor regarding these.

Biofeedback training: I would suggest biofeedback and using the heartmath system to increase your parasympathetic nervous system control.
