None: It's not a matter of too much wheat. People with celiac disease need to avoid all gluten containing products. Please see celiac.Org for further diet recommendations.

Things to ponder: Celiac disease represents a fluke in the immune system. People with celiac who ingest gluten containing foods trigger production of antibodies that attack their tissues as if they were an invading germ. Any exposure to wheat will do this. The antibodies can linger for months & degree of damage varies. This can be mild or life threatening. Heavy exposures create lots of antibody.
