Please ask your OB: You do not change the due date at the end that was set by your 12 week scan, it is not uncommon to measure 2 cm larger than dates as measuring is a rough estimate, you most likely have a baby that may be larger than 50% or extra amniotic fluid or neither of those, your OB can do another ultrasound to get an estimated fetal weight, all of my pts always get a scan at 34-36 weeks to check the efw.
