Pressure: That's your body telling you that your teeth are trying to shift. It means go looking for reasons to wear your retainers, not excuses to take them out. If a little sore, try an OtC analgesic. Have the Dentist or specialist Orthodontist that treated you check the fit of the retainer to make sure everything's OK.
