Several: There are several other drugs beside remicade (infliximab). However the first question is whether he needs his Remicade (infliximab) dosing optimized. Sometimes adding a second medicine on top of the Remicade (infliximab) can be beneficial. Finally there are several alternative drugs including adalimumab, certulizumab, mercaptopurine, and methotrexate.
