How can you tell if you a cyst? i have a bump on my face thats not painful at all , it feels soft but it feels like a tiny ball is inside of it .

Ultrasound: A bump on the face can be multiple things. A cyst is a type of fluid filled sac that is usually diagnosed with an ultrasound. If you have a large "pimple", it may have cystic characteristics.
