Today i had a vaginal culture they tested me for bacterial, yeast, tric it was negative but they found more white blood sells what does that mean?

Follow up: Gynecological infections may often present with leukocytes (wbc's). It is not uncommon for the gram stain and or culture to yield negative results . Please follow up. May still need treatment.
