Still ok, because: In the old days, no one got prenatal care, women still had child-births. You already had 6 births, so you should be able to draw from prior experiences. The difference is higher risk, that is why prenatal care is highly recommended. Ask your doctor what he/she recommends in your situation. Even if no ob/gyn doctor will take you now, you can ask your primary care or family medicine doctor.
