Probably: Depends on the nature of the previous injury. Ask your doctor about a trial of physical therapy. Also, further imaging may help the diagnosis.

Can C osteopathic Dr: A second opinion with an osteopathic physician, who can do a complete musculoskeletal evaluation, and treatment may prove wise, as that would increase your rom, and also bring relief. So, you may not need as many cortisone shots, or not need them at all, if your rom is improved. Also, it may allow you to sleep better, and improve your quality of life.
