Best to wait: Until afterwards. There's a slight chance you might have a skin infection, or secondary infection from the piercing that will need to be attended to with an antibiotic cream or pills, that would not be advisable during pregnancy. If you can wait, then it would be better after your pregnancy to do, and after breastfeeding too. So, unless it's urgent, protect yourself and your baby now.
