Meet up: Wow! Good question. Are you seeing an obstetrician? The waiting room might work. Also, the local La Leche League might be helpful - it's a breastfeeding support org. Social media makes you walk a tight rope trying to maintain your privacy - not sure Facebook would be helpful. Many areas have "Meet Up" groups. Maybe there's one for pregnancy. Google it.
