I'm pregnant and constantly exhausted. could i have anemia?

Needs work-up: Anemia is very common in pregnancy and certainly contributes to fatigue as well as other issues associated with pregnancy. There are several reasons why you develop anemia during pregnancy. Most women are somewhat iron deficiency prior to becoming pregnant and need iron supplements during pregnancy. However, if the iron deficiency is severe, you should see a hematologist for further treatment.
