Varies: The answer to your question varies from woman to woman. I would advise a thorough gyn evaluation and blood testing. I have always suggested that "trying too hard"-can be counter productive don't "try to hard"- take your time, have fun, relax and let it happen.

Prenancy: No one can tell you how long it will take to get pregnant after a miscarriage. As long as you're having sex then you're at risk of becoming pregnant but that is not a guarantee of a pregnancy in any woman. You should keep trying regularly and if in 12 months of trying you have not gotten pregnant then you should see your ob/gyn doctor.
