Hi, i'm 7w pregnant by my lmp, but the today's scan showed embryo of 5.2mm and slow hb. this is after last week scan of 2.6mm and 167bpm. shd i worry?

Prenancy: If you're 7 weeks pregnant and your embryo has a slow heart beat i would not be worried exactly, but as a doctor i would be concerned. The thing to do is check it again later, this could just have been due to a sleeping baby. If the hb continues to be slow though that could signal a problem. Ob/gyn doctors tend to be straight forward though and they will tell you if they think there's a problem.
