Amenorrhea: Secondary amenorrhea has several causes. Pregnancy is the number one cause, but that has been ruled out. Get an evaluation to see what the other cause is (thyroid, rapid weight changes, stress, hormonal imbalances, uterine issues, etc). Best wishes.
