Please check with MD: The pain during deep breaths is a concern, as this may represent pleuritic (lung) pain from a pulmonary embolism from a blood clot that forms in the legs (deep vein thrombosis). This complication, although rare, is increased in patients having pelvic procedures. If you smoke or take birth control pills, or have a family history of dvt. Please see your md to have further testing if necessary.
