All std tests done?: Most likely it is a scar from an abrasion. A dermatologist or urologist who sees skin or penises respectively should be able to tell you when you get "std tested" they don't test you for all stds. We don't have tests for all stds. Some we just call when we see them e.g. Warts. If it is not an ulcer, and it doesn't hurt. Most likely it's ok. Obviously you are concerned, go see a provider.
