Acetaminophen: (panadol) Acetaminophen is usually well tolerated but allergic reactions may occur as with any medication. So look for: itching, hives, rash, swelling of the face/throat/ tongue/lips/eyes/hands/ feet/ankles, or lower legs. Hoarseness, difficulty breathing or swallowing. If any breathing difficulty give epi-pen or call 911.
